Since my graduation from National University
of Comahue, I have been working as a freelancer translating from
English into Spanish and vice versa. Although as a Spanish speaker I
feel more confident translating into my native language.
The clients I work for are private companies, translation agencies
and private individuals. I have wide experience translating all sort
of texts, especially legal, technical and business documents.
Due to market demands, IT tools, especially Computer Assisted
Translation (CAT) tools, are essential for my work so I am engaged
in on-going training to improve those skills.
I have also attended proofreading courses at Fundación Litterae in
Buenos Aires, and I currently proofread advertising and academic
texts.
I have been a platinum member of
Proz.com since November 2007, the
web’s largest translator community, where I meet new clients, and
interchange information, experiences and knowledge with other
translators all over the world.
